Cayuse Prairie Graduation Year: 1964
Class Size: 9
Activities at Cayuse Prairie: Played softball and did track but it was not organized then. I got the Book Award at 8th grade graduation.
Their Best Memory from Cayuse Prairie: Snell's donated a couple bags of potatoes and the teacher would bake them in time for lunch.
Their Favorite Teacher: Not sure.
High School Graduation Year: 1968
Attended High School at: Flathead and Western Mennonite School.
What They Did After High School: Worked here for a year, then went to Atlanta for a year of church volunteer work. Then college for 2 years in Virginia and transferred back to Eastern Montana College in Billings where I graduated with a degree in Elementary Education. I taught in Arlee for 3 years and then overseas in International Schools in Yemen, China, Thailand and Slovakia.
Where They are Living Now: I retired in 2019 and moved back to Kalispell.
What They are Doing Now: I'm retired but volunteer at the Warming Center and travel occasionally.
Cayuse Prairie Impact: It gave me a good foundation
