Cayuse Prairie School - Enrollment

Welcome to Cayuse Prairie School!  Please notify the office in advance if you have a student to enroll.  To help you get started, provided below are the basic documents necessary for enrollment.  For assistance, please call Jody Harp, 406-756-4560 ext. 210.  
  

2024-2025 School Year

Please print or make a digital copy of the following documents, one for each student enrolling, and submit to the Cayuse Prairie School office, along with proof of residence for the household.  During the summer limited office hours, you may email or share via Google the documents with the Registrar in the office, Jody Harp, jharp@cayuse.k12.mt.us.
