Cayuse Prairie School - Enrollment

Welcome to Cayuse Prairie School!  Please notify the office in advance if you have a student to enroll.  Provided below are the basic documents necessary for enrollment.  For assistance with enrollment, please call Jody Harp, Registrar, 406-756-4560 ext. 210.  
  

2025-2026 School Year - Re-Enrollment (For students already enrolled)

If you are already enrolled as a 24-25 Cayuse family, please fill out the following Google Form and provide accompanying documentation, if applicable. 

25-26 RE-ENROLLMENT FOR CURRENTLY ENROLLED STUDENTS - Mandatory for continued enrollment each year.

Out-of-district documentation for priority registration is due on May 1st, 2025.

2025-2026 School Year - New Enrollment

Please print or make a digital copy of the following documents, one for each student enrolling, and submit them to the Cayuse Prairie School office, along with ‘Proof of Residence’ for the household.  During the summer limited office hours, you may email or share via Google Drive the documents with the Registrar in the office, Jody Harp, https://www.sendsafely.com/u/jharp@cayuse.k12.mt.us.

Out-of-District Policy - Board Policy 3141 (For Reference: Includes the full policy, due dates, and forms)

MT OPI Non-Resident Student Attendance Agreement (3141F1-FP14.1) STEP 2 - Fill out Section 1. 
 
Proof of Residency Letter (Optional) - For those living in a temporary housing situation or do not yet have Proof of Residency documentation (i.e. utility bill, mortgage statement, etc.)
