Hello Cayuse Families! 

My name is Destinie Hammer and I am a 3rd grade teacher at Cayuse Prairie. I was born and raised in the small town of Troy, MT. My daughter and I love being a part of the Cayuse Prairie community. 

I received my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Montana and my Master’s degree in Children’s Literacy Development from Trident University International.  

I love spending time with my family,  friends, and our borderdoodle.  I enjoy crafting, hiking, camping, horseback riding, kayaking, skiing, fishing and hunting. I can’t wait to see what this year brings!
