Activities at Cayuse Prairie: softball was our only sport that I can remember. 4H was the club most were involved with. We did find a golf ball and that got use in trouble!!!

Their Best Memory from Cayuse Prairie: Soft ball as we were a top team in the county. Fun to go to other schools to play. Mom usually hauled a bunch of use in a grain truck to the other schools.

Their Favorite Teacher: Mrs. Schmauker. Never got in any trouble with her.

High School Graduation Year: 1968

Attended High School at: Flathead

What They Did After High School: Ran backhoe 1st summer then took welding class at FVCC. Ran backhoe and worked 38 years as welder at aluminum plant. Went back to FVCC and got a Doctorate degree in heavy equipment operations. Then worked as welder in Alaska for 6+ years.

Where They are Living Now: I live in the cow pasture where I grew up !!

What They are Doing Now: Retired. Lots of projects. Family is all here. Sharon does her art work, Jody works at Cayuse Prairie. Mike works in Kalispell.

Cayuse Prairie Impact: Happy to have been able to go to Cayuse.
