Please note:

This is a two-step process; you will be sent an email with instructions for Step 2 after completing the Step 1 short form.
All students must pre-register by December 6th.
You do not have to attach the attachments if you attend Cayuse Prairie, as they will be transferred with records at the end of the school year.
