Out-of District Attendance Agreement - Out-of-District Families: Please fill out and turn in to the office each school year.
2024-2025 School Year
Please print or make a digital copy of the following documents, one for each student enrolling, and submit to the Cayuse Prairie School office, along with proof of residence for the household. During the summer limited office hours, you may email or share via Google the documents with the Registrar in the office, Jody Harp, jharp@cayuse.k12.mt.us.
